Описание работы
Макет коттеджного поселка бизнес-класса "Велегож-Парк".
Размер подмакетника:
3000х1500х100мм. Состоит из 2-х частей по 1500х1500мм каждая. Каркас из бруса и мдф. Борта - мдф с отделкой шпона дуба и тонировкой.
Макет высокой степени детализации:
Изготовление зданий из полистирола. Фасады и кровля - печать на самоклеящейся пленке Oracal.
Благоустройство и окружающая территория:
Отображение рельефа, рек и прудов. Изготовление входной зоны с парковкой, спортивной и детской площадкой, и прочими общественными зданиями. Отображение транспортной сети с дорогами, тротуарами и разметкой. Сделано ограждение каждого участка и ограждение всей территории поселка из дизайнерского картона.
Зеленые насаждения:
Газон – искусственное травяное покрытие немецкой фирмы HOCH. Лиственные и хвойные деревья из сухоцветов. Кусты- стабилизированный мох с присыпкой, имитирующей листья. Покраска дорог и тротуаров – грунт и акриловые краски.
Дополнительно сделана табличка с экспликацией поселка. Также все участки, зоны и здания пронумерованы в соответствии с ней.
В комплекте:
1) Колпак из оргстекла. Габариты 3000х1500х270мм, толщ. 5мм. Состоит из 2-х частей, без одной боковой стенки габаритами 1500х1500х270мм каждая.
2) Комплект мебельных опор в количестве 8-ми шт. Высотой 700мм.
